Introduction



In economic development, the role of education is
regularly highlighted. Households are often willing to
great sacrifices to fund their children's education. States and
their governments do not hesitate to proclaim their ambitions
education, higher education and research and development.
Firms emphasize mobility, their personal needs
qualified and professional training. Despite these objectives
displayed, the world still has nearly 800 million illiterate
educational systems of many countries - including the Mediterranean countries -
sometimes fail to prevent school-leavers without training or
untrained or illiterate.
