This article is a response to the mosaic appeared in issue 101 (September 2010) to manage and understand the writings of Mrs. Pascale de Rozario, entitled "Managing in an intercultural context." This article challenges the position of many social scientists that seek to condemn situations in the analysis of any management approach, referring to the notion of cultural "national". A tense anti-culturalist even less defensible than the current environment of globalization points to a growing number of international management situations.
