Introduction
It is recognized that long-term economic growth relies heavily
on the accumulation of human capital. However, empirical work
Recent shows that education / growth relationship is not really
verified in the case of developing countries, despite the progress made
in education (Castelló and Domenech, 2002, 2008, Castelló, 2010;
Changzheng and Jin, 2010; Güngör, 2010; Ilon, 2011). On the one hand,
some countries, access to education is still too limited to
that the beneficial effects on the growth process are visible.
On the other hand, the search for a massive education often takes place in
expense of the quality of education received. Unequal distribution of capital
Humans can even have a negative effect on economic growth if
it results in an inefficient allocation of resources.
