Introduction
Since its independence in 1962, Algeria has invested in an economy
focused on improving the standard of living of individuals without integrating
in its approach to developing a genuine public policy
environment. The absence of such a policy and growth
uncontrolled population associated with the development of coastal development
had gradually over time, harmful effects
on the environment. Therefore, Algeria is now facing a
major ecological crisis threatening the public health and safety,
the sustainability of ecosystems and the ability of future generations to
have the resources to meet their social needs
