Introduction
While many argue that some resilience
economies of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) to the crisis

In this article, we examine: the situation of the Algerian economy
the eve of the financial turmoil, the initial impact of the shock of 2007 -
2008 government reactions to the crisis.
