Introduction
The issue of water and its distribution, as well as its management poses with
acuity worldwide in the Maghreb and elsewhere. However, this
question may raise different issues from an economic point of view, social
and environmental, views, conceptions and expectations of the people
and governments. For some countries, it is a public good that can not
meet financial and market logic. Others consider the
otherwise the partnership with the private sector is necessary. the distribution
uneven and variable water quality issues arise distribution,
treatment and ultimately cost to the user.
