Regime and Islamists in Algeria: an asymmetrical exchange policy

Introduction


The Algerian regime has resisted a conflict that has killed tens of thousands
casualties and billions of dollars in property losses. during the
1990s, leading experts to suggest Algeria, more than once,
possible collapse of the system, as political pressures, security
and economic relations are strong. A particularly difficult situation to manage
especially at the international level, the direct responsibility of the Plan
Place 1 is abundantly commented. In the worst predictions, Algeria
is compared to Afghanistan, with what the comparison means
as establishment of an autocratic regime implosion institutions
