Introduction
Unlike relations with neighboring Morocco and Tunisia, the
reports that the United States has maintained and maintain with Algeria
are quite complex. Although they never reached the level of hostility
that characterized the relationship of this country with Libya until recently,
relations between the United States and Algeria were antagonistic to
the independence of Algeria in 1962 until the last decade 2. the
essential because of the different views held determinants
the Algerian foreign policy, shaped by the geopolitical context
(regional), the historical experience of countries, mainly national liberation war 3 (1954-1962), ideological imperatives and
economic choices imposed by postcolonial conditions 4.

This article focuses on current and future analysis teams Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) of asset management in France. The aim of this paper is to investigate a possible convergence between traditional asset management and SRI management, in particular through a detailed study of the tasks performed by these teams and their position in the Management Industry assets. The results of a survey conducted in France in 2009 with key players in the field are presented. These results suggest a convergence taking place between SRI and conventional management (mainstream), although it still seems to be a great heterogeneity of practices reflecting a transition in a field still very fragmented.
