Introduction

The political crisis caused by the Iranian nuclear program
and the opposition of the great powers to Iranian ambition to access
"nuclear sovereignty" is for ten years, one of the major crises
the Middle East. In an article published in November 2008, one of us
discussed the progress of the Islamic Republic of Iran to control
nuclear technologies 1. Since then, the development of the program
nuclear policy and diplomatic confrontation and economic development
implemented by the major powers led to a dangerous situation.
The threat of military strikes by Israel appears increasingly
pressing and economic sanctions implemented by the United States
and the European Union weakened the Iranian economy.
