In continuation of this work focused on the emergence of a "culture of innovation," the state of the art made in this article allows us to bring about a feeling of "psychological safety" is the only means that:

Résumé
Au Cameroun, les principaux indicateurs socio-sanitaires semblent montrer que létat de santé des populations est relativement mauvais, notamment pour les ménages les plus modestes. Pour faire face à cette situation, les mutuelles de santé (MS) se développent. Lobjectif de cet article est détudier leffet de ladhésion dun individu à une MS sur son état de santé. Les principaux résultats de nos estimations économétriques montrent que le fait dadhérer à une MS augmente denviron 9% la probabilité quun individu se déclare être en bonne santé. Cette analyse empirique infirme les résultats obtenus par certaines études. Loriginalité de cet article est de permettre une analyse quantitative de leffet des MS sur la santé des populations dans ce pays. Ainsi, les résultats de notre étude suggèrent que les politiques de promotion et de développement des MS au Cameroun pourraient réduire les obstacles financiers à laccès aux soins et à lamélioration de létat de santé des individus exclus du système formel de sécurité sociale.
