Venous thromboembolic disease is a condition polymorphic in its clinical presentation and its causes. It can complicate nephrotic syndrome. The renal vein thrombosis is the location The most common of this condition and may extend to inferior vena cava and pulmonary arteries. We report the case of a 23-year-old about thrombosis of the right renal vein and vena cava less likely with pulmonary embolism complicating nephrotic syndrome.
