Abstract
This research aims at understanding the interplay between a non-profit organization in the social-medical sector and public authorities. It focuses on the study of theorical issues dealing with dynamics of rules and it mobilizes a unique case study. The results show that the organisation which is studied has constantly used, sometimes anticipated, public injunctions. These helped to make the organisation evolve by the establishment of organisational rules.
