The chronic critical ischemia and ischemia are often severe chronic grouped under one name unique, whereas a proper distinction would be better both for the purpose science (comparison between different
treatment in many centers) in order to provide a correct prognosis of the patient. The distinction between the two, however, is not obvious and, over time, different both clinical and instrumental parameters, have been proposed to distinguish them. However, the necessary discrétionnalité and the response not limited proposed parameters still appear to leave open discussion on this issue.
