The article gives a taxonomy of corporate social responsiveness practices based on french materials. In a second time, the most advanced form is selected; it appears as inspired by “the bottom of pyramide strategy” defended by Prahalad (2004) which is focused on the 4 billions people in the world with a 2 dollars per day income. In an ambitious “BOP strategy”, these people are not seen only as consumers, but also as workers, producers, entrepreneurs and citizens. They become active stake holders of the company in a networks and community based approach. - Members of the organization are not paralyzed by fear of failure and continue to offer bold initiatives,
- These players learn from the mistakes that will inevitably be committed during the innovation process and are able to no longer reproduce. We suggest, as such, some lines of thought to create a culture of "room for error" in organizations, starting with the consolidation of the reward and sanction systems by the inclination of the direction to "Legends" failures.
