Since the late 1990s, interest in institutions of higher education for entrepreneurship has greatly increased, as evidenced by the creation of houses of entrepreneurship, led by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and more recently the launch of the poles Entrepreneurship Student (in 2010). While the university context has changed, with the LRU (3), these structures dedicated to entrepreneurship question the review, in a budgetary context, their approach to student awareness of the cycle license, which approaches require
differentiated instruction. This article is specifically devoted to analyzing the process of creating an innovative device called "license © undertake." It will build on the analysis of the experiment initiated by
its authors, as part of a house of entrepreneurship led by a French university.
