Abstract

Palaces have to respect urbanistics constraints. The object of this article is to show that the character and intensity of these constraints produce different “models” of economic development of Palaces and to reflect on the conditions in which these constraints can be modified to further this development of the luxury hotel business which generates revenue and enhances the French tourist industry.
