Résumé

Catheter-directed thrombolysis (CDT) is a 20-year old modality for treating deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the lower extremities. This chapter will describe this minimally invasive procedure, its indications and present the experience from Copenhagen as well as the most important literature on this topic.
