Abstract: Comparing the quality management of breast cancer patients worldwide many differences are observed. Different data according to a variation in end-points. Disparities depending on multifactorial reasons, local social situations and awareness. Different attitudes towards organization of quality management, screening programs and cost-models. Some interesting international initiatives from WHO, OECD, ICBP and JRC compare the different
models.
